Inconsistent sleep patterns mess up your brain, making it harder to remember stuff, stay focused, and solve problems. They also mess with your mood, making you more likely to feel sad, worried, or easily annoyed.
So start with establishing a set bedtime routine and stick to it. Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep each night by going to bed and waking up at the same time every day, even on weekends. Consistency is key to regulating your body’s internal clock and making waking up easier.
2. Place Your Alarm Across the Room
Your alarm shouldn’t be near the bed or within arm’s reach of your bed. The alarm should be in a place where you need to get out of your bed to shut it down. This will force you to get out of your bed to turn it off which will make it harder to fall back asleep.
3. Use an Alarm That wakes you up
Yes, I know every alarm does the same but I want you to use an alarm that wakes you up mentally. I used to use an alarm in which I needed to solve a simple math calculation to turn it off. It will not shut until you solve it. This way your mind will wake up and you will feel motivated too as you start your day by solving a problem.
4. 3 Minute rule
The 3-minute rule for waking up: As soon as your eyes open, sit up within 5 seconds, followed by touching the floor with your legs within the next 5 seconds. Quickly shut down the alarm within the next 20 seconds. Then, take the next 50 seconds to drink water and hydrate your body. With 80 seconds spent, you have 100 seconds remaining to step outside and enjoy the fresh air, allowing you to start your day feeling refreshed
5. Make your bed
Even on a hectic morning, you should take a few minutes to tidy up your bed. Doing so gives you a sense of achievement, encourages you to move, and lowers the desire to return to bed.
6. Meditation
Now meditate in fresh air if possible if not then you can open your window to get fresh air. Meditation. Meditating in the morning helps clear your mind and stay focused throughout the day. It reduces stress and makes you feel calmer and happier. Starting your day with mindfulness boosts your resilience and emotional balance, making it easier to handle whatever comes your way.

7. Read To do list
Read and remind yourself what you need to do to make your day successful. Your life is like a movie and every day can be an epic scene if you set a good to-do list.
Your daily to-do list should align with your long-term goals. For example, if your goal is to save 100$ in a month then your daily goal should include saving 3$ a day. So when you achieve your daily goals you will be able to achieve your monthly goals.

8. Complete one task
Start your day by completing the easiest task first. It’s like pushing a domino to set off a chain reaction of productivity.
