2. Start with a Clear Focus (4:30)

After completing the first task. Go into the kitchen and cook yourself the best breakfast, Try to avoid canned juices(sugar). Have a fresh fruit or juice as you prefer. Cook and eat in a quiet place if you live alone or with family if you live with your family. You can use breakfast time to spend some time with family.
